A holiday gift for ~JHcolley!
The Key City Police Department was looking to increase it's work force, but fighting crime in a city as crazy as Key City certainly discouraged most applicants. SO in an attempt to increase recruitment, Hazel and Victorine fused together and posed for a few recruitment posters. The posters never got to hit the streets however, as they realized what kind of people they'd get to come to the station for recruitment with posters like this. In the end only one poster was ever printed. It somehow ended up in Fasen's room.
